The CEO Mother is a program and community for women building in full seasons, designed to bring clarity, structure, and sustainable strategy to the realities of modern motherhood and ambition. The next live CEO Mother event will take place in March 2026.

CEO Mother is for women navigating full seasons of life, women who are holding work, motherhood, ambition, caregiving, leadership, creativity, and the invisible load that comes with all of it. It’s for anyone who wants clearer strategy, stronger structure, and a system that supports their real capacity, not an idealised version of their life.

In March, India More Nisbett will be hosting the next CEO Mother Workshop: a live, online experience designed for women building in full seasons of life. It’s for anyone juggling responsibility, ambition, and real-world constraints, who wants clearer strategy, stronger structure, and a system that actually fits their capacity.

Across a series of live sessions, you’ll learn how to:

• Clarify your true capacity and plan from the season you’re in, not the one you wish you were in
• Build strategic structure that supports both your life and your goals
• Simplify complexity in work, motherhood, leadership, and creative ambition
• Make intelligent decisions without burning out or overextending
• Create a sustainable model that honours your reality, whether you’re running a business, leading a team, building a career, or navigating a high-load personal season

You’ll leave with a grounded strategy, a clear framework, and a practical system you can use immediately, not just inspiration.
